The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Lead Analyst is a senior professional position responsible for providing management with an analysis and insight of Citi’s financial results in coordination with the broader Finance team.

This position is a Vice President role within Asia Operation and Technology (O&T) Expenses FP&A requiring In-depth understanding of forward-looking processes (Budgeting, Outlook, Multi-Year forecasting etc.) and will support the Asia Citi Global Wealth (CGW) O&T business leadership team, interacting closely with regional and country CGW FP&A teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide senior management with timely, accurate, and relevant information and analysis on the financial performance of CGW O&T expenses
- Proactively investigating, explaining, and analyzing performance against relevant comparisons (vs. Plan, Prior Year, Outlook) and trends to Senior Management and FP&A Business Partners
- Execute analysis of Strategic/Operating Plans, CCAR PPNR forecasts, Quarterly Multi-Scenario Multi Forecast (QMMF), monthly outlooks, and weekly flash, in partnership with Finance and Business organizations.
- Be an Expense expert, provide expense insights, and other senior managements decks for the team supporting the CFOs, LFOs
- Build excellent relationships across Finance, Controllers and Business organizations. Proactively engaging and interfacing across Businesses, Finance, and other relevant functional departments to leverage information and streamline processes to drive performance
- Manage a team of finance professionals
- Drive FP&A transformation efforts as part of continuous process improvements

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 10 years experiences in a financial services environment.
- Deep understanding of the Planning & Analysis process and framework.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Attention to detail, innovative and practical, and solution-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly motivated, strong performer with track record of success in delivering high quality work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to build close relationships and interact at multiple levels of the organization.
- Strong influencing skills and ability to work through conflicts.
- Ability to lead a team across multiple locations and leverage on Mumbai Analytics centre support.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree preferred
