We are looking for a self-driven leader with a proven track record in IT services sales and demonstrable experience working with various online bidding portals like Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, etc.

Must be able to handle the entire pre-sales cycle of Lead Generation, Appointment Fixing, and presenting Company Profile.
Responsible for net new client acquisition and revenue generation.
Primary focus on new sales pipeline creation and closing deals.
Attending relevant events and presenting Keshri EduTech competencies in events and networking forums.

Compensation:
100% Commission Model
Success Fee model Only
Reasonable expenses towards Sales development will be reimbursed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5+ years of IT experience at a senior level.
At least 2+ years of experience in selling IT services.
Experience with retail, energy, healthcare, EdTech, and eCommerce customers.
Background in Software Engineering preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication, product demonstration, customer service, and presentation skills required.
Intrinsically/self-motivated: must thrive in situations where given autonomy and responsibility to find solutions to problems with limited direction.
Have a general business acumen to align solutions to business outcomes. Storytelling skills to share the why and how of what we do.
Proven ability to communicate ideas and obtain buy-in with audiences at various technical and business levels.
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.
Critical thinker, problem-solving skills, and good time-management skills.
