Overview Support the growth and development of the business through managing the relationship, growth, and satisfaction of our key strategic clients and partnerships. Responsibilities Build and develop strategic relationships with existing accounts, which are corporate clients across sectors like banking, finance, insurance, and other large enterprises. Manage and lead the day‑to‑day ongoing relationship with major accounts. Drive existing account growth opportunities through upsell to achieve growth targets. Own the account management plan and CRM for our regions, drive revenue growth through marketing, promotion or engagement activities. Partner with sales team and work collaboratively to operationalize new and existing client programs and support and grow the business. Collaborate with internal stakeholders for new partner onboarding throughout the client integration. Senior stakeholder management. Handle escalations and oversee issue avoidance and resolution. Manage content inventory. Manage internal and external reporting requests. Qualifications Account management experience with large financial institutions and enterprises in Singapore. Knowledge of loyalty, rewards, engagement industry will be prioritized. Proven track record of successfully influencing in a matrixed organization, engaging senior stakeholders and decision‑makers. Ability to generate opportunities through successful relationship management of your client accounts. Superior people skills, with the ability to manage internal and external parties of all levels including senior management representatives at customer organizations. Highly motivated with a strong level of initiative, energy, and enthusiasm. Accustomed to working in a fast‑paced, rapidly changing environment. Extensive planning & organization skills. Strategic, collaborative outlook. Excellent time management and ability to multitask.
