Senior Executive Assistant, Operations, RHSOJob ID: 7485

Institution: National University Health System
Provide administrative support to the regional community operations in leading a healthy lifestyle within the community.
Job Responsibilities
• Data entry, scheduling appointments and billing of services
• Receive and respond to all enquiries via phone call
• Inventory management of consumables and equipment
• Ensure data entry and billing activities are promptly and accurately captured in the respective database and/or systems within the stipulated timeline
• Ensure staff receives the appropriate access and equipment on the first day of work
• Ensure all relevant access and equipment are reclaimed / terminated on staff's last day of work
• Ensure all enquiries are promptly and professionally handled within the stipulated timeline
• Ensure all relevant consumables and inventory are adequate to meet operational needs
• Any other duties assigned
Requirements
• Diploma in any discipline
• At least 2 years of working experience
• Self-motivated and strong team player
• Meticulous and strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
• Effective written and verbal communication skill
• Must be able to commit on weekendsand public holidays
