Main purpose

Reporting to the Brand and Marketing Senior Manager, Clé de Peau Beauté (CPB), the Brand Senior Executive will actively participate in the translation of the CPB strategy into a Travel Retail (TR) specific roadmap, across various TR markets. You will work closely with the team to partner with the regions in localizing marketing strategies (including digital marketing), develop effective promotions and marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency across TR markets (Asia Pacific, EMEA, Japan).

Key Responsibilities Brand Management
  • Support the Brand team in developing and executing the brand strategy to translate CPB’s global brand strategies into the Travel Retail roadmap
  • Assist Asst Brand Manager in liaison with external agencies and marketing teams for campaign creation and implementation (develop creative briefs, translation, monitor creative direction & manage assets and deliverables)
  • Support the development of Go-To-Market toolkits and marketing Guidelines (i.e. marketing calendar, launch book) for respective markets
  • Follow up with markets on submission of their marketing plans, post-campaign analysis, monthly reports
  • Support Assistant Brand Manager in consolidation of marketing intelligence and regional needs to better facilitate HQ briefing on the line-up
  • Support the AM in developing, execution sales tools to support on-counter services in the region
  • Liaise with Brand Holders and internal stakeholders in the end to end development and execution of Travel Retail Exclusive (TREX) sets
  • Support the forecast process with respective internal stakeholders
  • Consolidate data for reporting (e.g. sales reports, promotion offers, trend updates, consumer, and competitive insights) to stakeholders by leveraging marketing intelligence and feedback from TR regions on new product selections in a timely manner
  • Liaise with Travel Retail Design team on the creation/development of collaterals, outpost concept and Point of Sales Materials for counters/ key launches
  • Review store openings and assist in store design and Visual Merchandising initiatives
Other Administrative Support
  • Maintenance of, raising of purchase requisitions and any other administrative duties assigned from time to time
  • Maintenance and tracking of Brand’s budget files to ensure up-to-date spend is reflected accurately
  • Support the team on monthly meetings / presentations
  • Support ad-hoc projects, where needed
Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Prior experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or Travel Retail industry will have an added advantage.
  • Demonstrate agility, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and operating effectively under ambiguity
  • Creative, analytical, meticulous, resourceful, and displays initiative
  • Ability to multitask and proven experience in managing diverse stakeholders
  • A self-starter who can work independently with a positive mindset
  • A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate cross-functional discussions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
