We're seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our Finance team, driving financial strategy, and ensuring our continued growth. Key Responsibilities Financial Management: • Lead financial budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities. • Oversee overall finance and accounting matters, ensuring timely compliance with audit, tax and other statutory requirements. Strategic Financing: • Develop financing plans and optimization strategies to support mid to long-term projects. • Manage and optimize the overall company's financing cost. Risk Management: • Implement comprehensive risk management strategies to safeguard financial assets. • Conduct financial risk management assessments. Cash Flow Management: • Monitor and manage cash flow at the group, company, project, and ad-hoc levels. • Implement effective cash flow management practices. Legal Support: • Provide assistance in limited legal matters related to finance and accounting. Project Leadership: • Lead ad-hoc projects related to system improvement, implementation, integration, and automation. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance financial and accounting operations. Requirements: - Degree/Diploma in Accounting or partial professional qualification in ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent - Minimum 5 to 7 years of accounting experience, prefer in retail industry - Well versed in MS Excel, Words, Power Point and Navision ERP accounting system - Responsible, self-driven and strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and collaboratively with other departments and colleagues. - Able to lead and support the Finance team #J-18808-Ljbffr
