Web3 companies must still meet traditional reporting and compliance obligations and must provide accurate, up to date financial information to stakeholders. What you will be doing work closely with the Head of Product to define and develop the Web3 accounting service line develop and drive the marketing strategy the Web3 accounting service line identify sources of suitable work in the Web3 space and actively pursue winning that work take full ownership and overall responsibility for business development of this service line manage a portfolio of Web3 clients and act as their key point of contact in collaboration with the Head of Product, establish an operational structure to support the growth of this service line both in Singapore and other key jurisdictions (Ireland/UK and Cayman Islands) leverage support for this service from other service line leaders within the DM Group to assist with actively growing revenues for this new service expand and develop the service line by working with other senior staff across the DM Group who have digital asset experience deliver digital asset training to staff across the group as required Due to our global client base, there is an expectation that a certain amount of international travel will be required. There will be opportunities to work on other projects across the DM Group where this skill will be useful. These opportunities may or may not be digital asset specific.
