We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in controlling and cryptocurrency accounting . This role plays a critical part in ensuring the company’s financial health, regulatory compliance, and operational transparency. You will report directly to the Head of Finance and oversee a full spectrum of financial operations with strategic influence across the business. The ideal candidate takes initiative, delivers results with precision, and exhibits a strong sense of accountability and ownership over all financial outputs. You will also be a key contributor to ongoing digital transformation and automation initiatives across the finance function. Key Responsibilities Lead and participate in digital transformation projects, with a focus on automation, efficiency, and scalable processes. Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting cycles to drive financial performance. Maintain and oversee accurate financial records for all group entities, including crypto asset transactions and reporting. Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses with complete ownership of the output. Implement and monitor robust internal controls and ensure compliance with financial policies and KPIs. Support strategic finance functions including treasury, tax planning, and risk management in a Web3 context. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders on crypto transactions, asset tracking, and accounting compliance. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, tax, and audit requirements across jurisdictions. Own the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial deliverables end-to-end. Remain available to handle urgent financial matters and month-end or year-end closures outside regular hours as needed. Requirements At least 7 years of experience in accounting and finance roles, including audit and controllership . Strong hands-on experience in cryptocurrency accounting is essential. Solid understanding of Web3, DeFi, digital wallets, tokens, and crypto transaction flows. Previous audit experience required; Big 4 background is a strong plus . Proficient in ERP systems and digital finance tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero); familiarity with automation solutions preferred. Demonstrated expertise in technical accounting with a high standard of accuracy and integrity. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines with minimal supervision. Strong managerial and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and mentor junior team members when needed. Strong sense of ownership, accountability , and responsibility for financial outcomes. Career-driven with a continuous learning mindset and a passion for digital innovation.
