Overview

As the Regional Manager for South India at ACCU, you will play a crucial role in leading sales operations in the region. The role combines business development leadership and operational execution, with emphasis on client engagement and a results-oriented approach. The ideal candidate will excel in a hybrid work setup initially and contribute to establishing a new office as the team expands.

Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth through proactive client acquisition and relationship management in South India.
  • Lead business development initiatives, negotiate contracts, and secure high-value deals while fostering strong client relationships to establish trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends and translate insights into effective sales strategies.
  • Oversee operational execution, including team management and construction, establishing, training, and managing the daily operations team.
  • Improve the team\'s professional skills, service levels, and overall efficiency.
  • Perform regular data analysis to provide decision support for strategic initiatives and business development.
  • Manage and oversee operations in the Southern India region, ensuring enhanced customer management information, evaluating quality risks, efficiency, and profitability with the team, and maintaining operational excellence.
  • Provide regular updates to the Operations Director and senior stakeholders, ensuring compliance with company policies, quality standards, and ethical practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree or higher (Engineering/Business Administration preferred).
  • Minimum 5+ years of sales/business development experience, with at least 3 years in front-line roles.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; proficiency in Chinese is a strong advantage.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in competitive markets; operational mindset with expertise in strategy and execution.
  • Preferred: experience transitioning from an on-site role to sales, familiarity with South India\'s industrial landscape, and experience working in hybrid or remote teams.
