Our client is a privately owned family office that manages investments, assets, and financial affairs across Singapore and Hong Kong. The team oversees accounting, reporting, and investment activities for multiple entities, offering a professional and stable working environment with exposure to cross-border financial operations. Job Descriptions 1. Accounting & Financial Reporting Handle full set of accounts for multiple entities, including investment holdings, management companies, and SPVs. Prepare monthly management reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial statements. Review accounting records prepared by external service providers (e.g., Hong Kong entities). Ensure accuracy and timeliness in consolidation, bookkeeping, and statutory filings. 2. Financial Operations & Compliance Monitor capital movements, fund transfers, and multi-currency transactions. Liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretarial teams on financial and compliance matters. Support budgeting, investment tracking, and internal reporting for management. Maintain group structure charts, share registers, and compliance documentation (KYC/CRS/FATCA). 3. Administrative & Coordination Support Assist with contract management, insurance claims, and general office administrative tasks. Support coordination of company-related renewals, statutory submissions, and records management. Provide support in preparing financial summaries or investment reports for related entities. Handle ad‑hoc administrative tasks related with family office. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in investment holdings, family office, or related sectors. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and consolidation. Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software. Meticulous, organized, and able to handle multiple entities independently.
