Plan, develop, and implement policies and strategies for the organization's growth and diversification in the local market Carry out day-to-day Business Department duties such as: Carry out research & market analysis for business opportunities, competitors and other market trends - discuss and report regularly to GM and Management Drive efforts to expand market share within Singapore Conduct research and analysis of business opportunities, assess potential local markets, and develop projects for new marketing initiatives Evaluate projects through financial feasibility studies, market research, and planning Perform daily operational tasks for the Business Department, including Collaborate extensively with other departments on local projects and developments Provide strategic direction in business expansion based on a thorough understanding of business administration procedures and legal requirements Supervise business executives in their duties and ensure all timelines are adhered to. Monitor the activities of external and internal parties to achieve business objectives Investigate the feasibility of setting up new business ventures to agreed business and legal standards Communicate and interact with government regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and protect the company's interests Monitor relevant economic, financial, social, market, and administrative trends within Singapore Identify and evaluate products, services, or companies for potential distribution, mergers, acquisitions, or joint ventures in the local market Conduct market research on local business potentials Explore licensing of products and acquisition of suitable companies through alliances, joint ventures and Provide comprehensive support during the tender process:Liaise with various departments to coordinate and compile complete and accurate tender submissionsOrganize and lead Risk Assessment and Value Engineering sessionsTrack and manage all follow-up actions related to each tender submissionCoordinate with consultants for Design & Build tendersmergers Required Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills A Graduate degree is preferred with minimum 4 years working experience in relevant field Strong presentation and public speaking capabilities Proven leadership abilities, including team mentoring and cross-functional coordination Skilled in preparing professional marketing and promotional materials Minimum 4 years of experience in the built environment sector
