Why we’re looking for a Senior People Partner – a leader who thrives in fast‑moving, high‑ownership environments and is passionate about helping great people do their best work. This role leans strongly toward talent acquisition , but also offers the scope to shape the full People experience — from hiring to engagement to organizational design. You’ll be both strategic and hands‑on: designing scalable systems, refining processes, and building meaningful connections across the company. The Role: Talent Acquisition Lead and execute end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple business units — from building pipelines to closing offers. Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, assess needs, and ensure quality, speed, and alignment with company goals. Build a diverse, high‑caliber talent pipeline using creative sourcing strategies and data‑driven approaches. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience , representing our brand and culture throughout every touchpoint. Develop and optimise recruitment processes, leveraging tools and systems for scalability and efficiency. Negotiate complex compensation packages across multiple markets (SG, HK, JP, MY) with fairness and compliance in mind. People Operations & Development Support key people functions including onboarding, performance management, engagement, and off‑boarding. Identify opportunities to simplify and automate processes, improving how the People function operates. Partner with leaders to develop and grow emerging managers , helping them build capability, confidence, and clarity. Champion our company values and culture through practical initiatives that reinforce trust, autonomy, and ownership. Support organisational design — ensuring alignment, clarity, and collaboration across our multi‑country remote teams. What we’re looking for from you 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / HR / People Operations , ideally in fast‑paced start‑up or growth‑stage environments. Proven success in closing high‑impact roles and influencing hiring decisions through insight and data. Strong grasp of employment law, compensation structures , and cross‑border employment nuances. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to build trust quickly with candidates, employees, and stakeholders. Thoughtful, empathetic, and discreet in handling sensitive information. High attention to detail, with an appreciation for how the small things shape a person’s overall experience. Resourceful, adaptable, and energized by autonomy.
