Ensure clarity and accessibility of information for all employees. Support People Ops communications (e.g. HR announcements, onboarding guides, FAQs). Design and build a dashboard to track people metrics (such as hiring velocity, attrition, engagement, performance outcomes, and team health data) with our in‑house internal tooling team. Maintain and update the people data dashboard on a regular basis. Translate data into insights that help us make evidence‑based decisions about hiring, performance, and culture. Partner with HRBPs and leaders to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. We’re looking for 3–6 years of HR operations or people analytics experience, ideally in a tech or startup‑like environment. An enthusiasm for solving problems through structure, process design, and automation. Meticulous attention to detail combined with a focus on user experience. Data‑savvy, comfortable turning numbers into insights and actions. Clear, proactive communication and strong cross‑functional partnership skills. A drive to excel in environments with autonomy and ambiguity, taking ownership from idea to execution. Nice to have Experience building dashboards using tools like Google Data Studio, Looker, or Tableau. Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, or equivalent).
