People Operations Partner, APAC

Adyen is looking for a People Operations Partner to join the Global HR Innovations Team to further drive the international growth of the company. Our aim as a team is to support the development, management and retaining of our talented Adyen workforce - we keep our people moving to keep payments moving.

In this role, you will serve as a key contributor within our People team, focusing on delivering a seamless, positive and efficient employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle across our Asia Pacific region while working closely with the Global People Operations Team whilst truly redefining operations, where there is global scalability with local relevance. You'll play a vital role in identifying areas for process improvement, and contribute to the overall operational clarity and efficiency of the People function, with a curious and innovative mindset partnering with People Analytics and People Technology to tap into the latest developments. This role reports to the Head of People Operations EMEA & APAC and is based in our Singapore office.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute and support the implementation of operational frameworks that drive efficiency and maintain a strong employee experience.
  • Serve as a point of contact for People Operations cases collaborating closely with different teams across the business. Being able to support our employees while keeping the focus on working on solutions that drive our strategy forward.
  • Work with Legal, Payroll, IT, HRBPs, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of people processes all around the world.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing frameworks and drive transformative projects utilizing data, technology and an innovative mindset to streamline processes, enhance employee experience and foster operational excellence.
  • Continuous mindset of optimization, to elevate our people processes, enhance the scalability of our processes, ensuring the most seamless and positive employee experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience in a People Operations, HR Generalist role or similar.
  • Proven track record of managing HR operations across India and other APAC locations.
  • Strong understanding of the local landscape in India and other APAC countries (i.e. diverse compliance requirements across different countries in the region).
  • Experience with HR compliance, employee lifecycle, and case management best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse), to optimize global people operations.
  • Experience in improving HR processes through projects to ensure focus on delivery on the strategy adapting global HR processes to local requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail, able to handle sensitive matters with a high standard of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to Adyen's offices (within the APAC region).
  • Experience at a fast-paced, high growth, global company.
