Overview A leading European bank is seeking a senior Application Support specialist to oversee its Financial Markets applications across the Asia timezone. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in in-house systems, vendor-supported platforms, or any trading-related applications, with a focus on execution workflows and FIX connectivity. Responsibilities Lead and manage the application support team for Financial Markets systems across the Asia region. Oversee support for execution workflows, order management, and FIX connectivity. Ensure high availability and operational resilience of critical applications. Collaborate with business, development, and infrastructure teams to drive structured and effective application support processes. Implement best practices in incident, problem, and change management while fostering continuous improvement. Ideal Candidate Strong experience in application support within financial markets, trading, or execution systems. Exposure to Execution/Order Management, trading workflows, and FIX protocols. Comfortable managing a team with structured processes and clear accountability. Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with both in-house and vendor-supported applications.
