Supervise daily operations and manage the Derivatives Team, including people management and administrative tasks.

Continuously review and enhance end-to-end settlement processes.

Update and maintain PPM as needed.

Lead Back Office System projects and automation initiatives.

Manage internal and external inspections and audits, and handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).

Requirements:

Possess Degree with min 8 years’ experience in supervising / leading a team in financial Industry field

Experienced in Futures and Options end to end settlement process

Strong knowledge in Futures and Options Products

Knowledge of MAS requirements and industry practices on AML/CFT
