Headquartered in India, our operations support global client success by delivering actionable consumer and business intelligence across the world's most intricate and high-potential markets.Role Overview:As the Sales Director, you will spearhead our US growth initiative by identifying, developing, and finalizing significant research deals with a specific focus on clients in the CPG, Luxury Retail, FMCG, BFSI, HNI, Consumer Insights, and ITES sectors. Your compensation will be tied to achieving sales targets, and you will play a pivotal role in shaping and constructing a future high-performing US sales team.Key Responsibilities:- Develop, manage, and close large-scale research sales opportunities, particularly in CPG, Luxury Retail, FMCG, BFSI, HNI, Consumer Insights, and ITES domains.- Drive the complete sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.- Cultivate and leverage relationships with decision-makers in corporates, market research buyers, consultancies, and agencies within your specified sectors.- Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets independently, with full accountability for outcomes.- Collaborate with leadership to establish a US-based frontline sales team, including recruitment, onboarding, and future team management.- Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to enhance service offerings and go-to-market strategy.- Represent the company as a senior industry ambassador at top industry events, panels, and client forums related to the listed sectors.Required Qualifications:- Minimum of 8 years of demonstrated success in market research sales (B2B), preferably with experience in quantitative studies, online panels, qualitative research services, and direct experience in at least three of the following sectors: CPG, Luxury Retail, FMCG, BFSI, HNI, Consumer Insights, or ITES.- Proven track record of closing large, complex deals for various research studies.- Strong existing relationships with US corporates, agencies, consultancies, or other high-value buyers of market research.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills at senior/executive levels.- Entrepreneurial drive, self-motivation, and experience delivering results in a commission-based sales role.- Familiarity with online and offline research methodologies.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in building or leading B2B sales teams.- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Social Sciences, or related field.- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.What We Offer:- Commission-based compensation with significant potential for high earnings.- Opportunity to lead US market expansion and play a strategic leadership role in team building and growth planning.- Support from a skilled research delivery team in India known for agility and technical expertise.- High autonomy, flexible work arrangements, and the opportunity to shape your success story in a global firm.,
