Responsibilities
  • Perform accurate order submission and proactive follow-up to ensure the correct parts are shipped and received, reducing delays and improving customer experience.
  • Monitor escalations and follow up with appropriate teams to resolve issues.
  • Prepare reports for management and materials team.
  • Collaborate with buyers, manufacturing, technical and field support teams to ensure shipments of the right parts at the right time.
Minimum qualifications
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain management or related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in order management, supply chain, or customer support
  • Proficient hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to manage high email volume
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills to manage multiple escalations simultaneously
  • Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure shipments of the right parts at the right time
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a willingness to learn
