Join a leading public healthcare institution where you will play a pivotal role in shaping workforce strategies and supporting the delivery of quality patient care. Our client is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner to drive specialist manpower planning, talent resourcing, and performance management for medical specialists at the cluster level.
Key Responsibilities- Partner stakeholders to plan and monitor specialist manpower needs, map pipelines, and identify potential workforce gaps.
- Manage the full spectrum of medical specialist resourcing, from interviews to onboarding.
- Support Total Performance Management for clinicians, including data analysis, calibration, and promotions.
- Stay current on medical HR policies, recommend updates, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide professional HR advice on policies, procedures, manpower planning, and legislation.
- Coach and supervise junior executives to ensure effective delivery of HR services.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- At least 6 years of relevant HR experience
- Proven track record in manpower planning is essential.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical, meticulous, and proficient in MS Excel for data analysis.
- Adaptable, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
