Grant Thornton Singapore is looking for a Finance Senior Executive . Responsibilities: Process Expense Sheets and ensure timely submission and approval for finance. Prepare expense sheets for monthly payroll disbursement. Perform quarterly AP SOA reconciliations. Follow up on outstanding AP invoice matters. Post vendors’ invoices into the correct general ledger. Prepare monthly Budget Vs Actual expenditure reports. Propose and update vendors’ payments. Assist in responding to vendor and internal service line inquiries regarding payments. Support month-end and year-end closing, quarterly GST returns, and audits. Qualifications and Requirements: Diploma or higher education qualification. At least 3 years of relevant experience, especially in processing AP invoices and handling payment inquiries. Meticulous, organized, and positive attitude. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong commitment and sense of urgency to meet deadlines. Team player capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills to articulate business matters to non-financial stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
