Human Resources Executive at Mind Stretcher Education The Senior Finance Executive manages full sets of accounts for multiple entities, ensuring accurate financial recording, statement preparation, and regulatory compliance. The role also involves maintaining the organization’s financial integrity and guiding junior staff as needed. Key Responsibilities Manage full set of accounts: prepare and maintain payment vouchers, conduct bank reconciliations, create schedules for tracking revenue and expenses, generate profit and loss statements, prepare balance sheet schedule, manage general ledger entries and document journal entries. Audit & Tax Compliance: prepare and maintain GST schedules, prepare quarterly GST reports, lead in preparation and filing of tax returns, coordinate yearly audit processes, stay updated on tax legislation, prepare financial reports for stakeholders, analyze financial data, collaborate with other departments for reporting. Mentorship and Guidance: provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounts staff, serve as subject matter expert on accounting issues and procedures, handle ad-hoc projects and assignments as assigned. Education / Certifications / Technical Skills Diploma or relevant certificate in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel. Experience At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably with exposure to full set of accounts management. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
