Overview TikTok LIVE team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and broader opportunities for content creators. It serves as a new infrastructure to expand ecological boundaries and supports more direct fan interaction and author relationships while generating value for the platform. We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join us and support the TikTok LIVE team, bringing industry and technology expertise to power business growth. The successful candidate will partner with the team to implement high‑quality HR practices aligned with business strategy. Responsibilities Partner with assigned business units to understand business strategy and implement high‑quality HR practices within the team. Consult with line management and provide HR guidance on talent development, performance management, and employee relations. Proactively assess team and employee development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions. Manage employee disciplinary issues and advise business leaders on case management. Collaborate with Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, HR operations, and other HR teams to implement solutions. Drive employee engagement within the business unit(s). Be an ambassador of TikTok culture and plan organizational cultural activities. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner in a high‑growth company. Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels of an organization. Successful track record of designing and implementing people programs. Demonstrated progression and increased scope in matrix, high‑growth organizations. Deep business acumen and the ability to support growth through people development. BA/BS degree required. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience supporting and working in a tech business environment is preferred. MBA or advanced degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management preferred; certifications and coursework in HR are a plus, including coaching certifications.
