We are currently looking for innovative and talented individuals to join the iQIYI team. Responsibilities Creative Content Production Lead content production for iQIYI's TikTok accounts in North America, Europe, Taiwan, and other regions, with a focus on short-form video creation. Independently handle video editing, post-production, and visual design to ensure high-quality, engaging content. Develop original concepts and scripts tailored to global markets, using storytelling techniques to better resonate with local audiences. Localized Creative Design Transform iQIYI's films, TV series, variety shows, and anime resources into innovative content formats suitable for TikTok. Ensure content design reflects cultural nuances and audience preferences in markets such as North America, Europe, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia. Propose creative directions, develop recurring content series and story formats to help build unique account IP. Collaborate with the social media team to plan content calendars and thematic topics. Content Performance Monitoring & Optimization Collect, monitor, and analyze content performance metrics weekly (views, engagement, completion rate, follower growth, etc.). Use data insights to optimize content strategies, refine editing styles, improve creative quality, and enhance audience retention. Produce regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to support team decision-making. Qualifications Qualification & Experience: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Media, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields; 1+ years of experience in social media operations or content planning, with overseas social media background preferred. Platform Knowledge: Familiar with the content ecosystems and user characteristics of mainstream social media platforms (TikTok/Douyin, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, etc.). Content & Analysis Skills: Mature ability in content planning, creation, and visual design; proficiency in AI tools, Photoshop, Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar tools is a plus. Language: Communication skills in both English and Chinese.
