We are seeking a Social Media Content Lead to join our global team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned and strategic creative leader with a deep understanding of social media and digital craft to lead a cross‑border creative team towards platform‑native creative excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead overall creative vision of social media content creation end‑to‑end, inspiring and providing creative direction to enable the teams’ delivery of brave and effective work Partner with Business, Strategy, and broader Marketing teams, earning trust with visionary thinking and flawless delivery of social content optimized for performance Inspire the creative team towards strategic and creative excellence, overseeing the ideation, production, and implementation of high‑impact social content and campaigns Constantly upskilling and proactively keeping up with social media trends and best practices, and how to effectively incorporate these into creative work Successfully coach, train, and develop team members, fostering the growth and the exchange of creative ideas across disciplines, markets, and platforms Fosters collaborative and positive relationships with other teams to find win‑win solutions Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, Marketing, or related fields 6-8 years working experience as a creative, in an art‑based role in global advertising agencies or social‑first content agencies Extensive experience in social‑first creative conceptualization and planning, with a portfolio that demonstrates a mastery of platform‑native formats Deep understanding of major and regional social media platforms, and a natural curiosity of emerging platforms and digital content trends Proven ability managing a multidisciplinary creative team (art, copy, animation etc) across offices and locations Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills Some proficiency in Chinese is advantageous to liaise with team members in Chinese speaking markets Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Hytech by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
