We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead our service and solutions sales growth across electronic security systems, public address systems, and homeland equipment. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with extensive experience in tender management, client acquisition, and consultant engagement, particularly within the security, infrastructure, and public safety sectors.Responsibilities Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the security and public safety domains. Prepare and submit tender proposals and project quotations, ensuring competitive and compliant submissions. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to contract finalization and handover. Cultivate and strengthen relationships with M&E consultants, contractors, and end clients. Oversee sales forecasting, revenue tracking, and pipeline management for management reporting. Collaborate closely with internal departments (engineering, operations, finance) to ensure alignment on project delivery and client requirements. Represent the company at trade exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings to enhance visibility and brand positioning. Requirements Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline. 10 years of sales experience, within the security systems or homeland industry. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets in regional or multi-country markets. Strong network and influence with M&E consultants and key industry stakeholders. Deep knowledge of security, ELV, and public safety solutions and related industry trends. Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and drive organizational growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Regional experience across Asia-Pacific is a plus.
