Job Description
  1. Provide comprehensive operational support across various business sectors, including Fixed Income, Commodities, and Equity Derivatives, servicing both regional and global markets.
  2. Ensure accurate and timely trade validation for equity derivatives transactions, confirming alignment between deal capture systems and risk system entries.
  3. Manage trade control responsibilities, including reviewing confirmations, client statements, cash flow reconciliations, and overseeing the settlement process.
  4. Collaborate with the Front Office, clients, and internal departments like Legal, Compliance, and Finance to support smooth execution throughout the trade lifecycle.
  5. Assist in internal and external audit processes by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating routine reviews.
  6. Prepare management reports on key risk indicators (KRIs) and monitor progress on strategic business goals.
The Successful Applicant
  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in investment banking operations, transaction services, or a related role in a financial institution.
  3. Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel.
  4. Solid understanding of capital markets and operational controls.
