We’re looking for a Sales Director to drive growth and leadership for Slalom’s Singapore market , with a focus on the public sector . This is a senior, high-impact role for someone who is part coach, part deal-maker, part builder — a leader who combines strategic insight with commercial rigor to build presence, trust, and momentum in Singapore. What You’ll Do Lead strategic pursuits end-to-end, bringing structure, clarity, and commercial discipline. Own and deliver a clear sales plan with measurable outcomes and pipeline accuracy. Build trusted relationships across public-sector agencies, partners, and executive networks. Develop and execute Singapore go‑to‑market strategy, driving visibility, partnerships, and growth. Translate complex client challenges into clear, outcome‑driven proposals and delivery models. Partner closely with consulting, delivery, and alliance teams to ensure seamless execution and client impact. Mentor and coach others in pursuit excellence, storytelling, and commercial leadership. What You’ll Bring A proven track record of multi‑million‑dollar target attainment in consulting or technology services. Experience driving growth in high‑growth or scale‑up environments, ideally with market‑building accountability. Deep understanding of the Singapore public sector ecosystem, with strong senior relationships. Mastery of structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger). Strong commercial acumen and confidence in complex contract negotiation. Strategic thinker with a passion for modern business, emerging technology, and the why behind transformation. Organized, proactive, and accountable — you bring structure, not chaos. A self‑starter who thrives in ambiguity and leads with clarity, collaboration, and pace.
