What You’ll Be Doing
  • Hunt New Business : Identify, target, and win new customers across relevant industries
  • Grow the Pipeline : Create and manage a high-value, high-velocity sales funnel
  • Deliver Value : Position technical solutions that solve real problems and drive ROI for clients
  • Own the Relationship : Build trust with decision-makers and stay close to customer needs
  • Work Cross-Functionally : Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to deliver compelling proposals
  • Stay Sharp : Use CRM tools and market insights to stay one step ahead
  • Move Fast : Take initiative. Act with urgency. Refine as you go.
What You Bring to the Table
  • Proven track record in technical, industrial, or B2B sales
  • Experience hunting and winning new logos
  • Strong communicator, negotiator, and value seller
  • Self-motivated, mentally tough, and resilient under pressure
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts and translate them into clear business benefits
  • Knowledge of the Singapore B2B/industrial landscape a big plus
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Engineering , or related field
  • Senior-level experience? You may be considered for a leadership track with mentoring responsibilities
