You are invited to join Emergys Corporation as a Senior SAP Sales Account Director/Manager. In this role, you will be an integral part of our team, utilizing your creativity, self-motivation, and exceptional client relationship skills to contribute to the growth of our SAP business through strategic account acquisition. Working closely with management, you will play a key role in refining our sales strategy, messaging, and sales process to drive success. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, thrive on achievement, and believe in performance rewards for surpassing annual sales goals.
Reporting directly to the Global Sales Head, you will be based in Balewadi, Pune, Maharashtra, India. Your primary responsibilities will include achieving or surpassing sales targets each financial year and managing the lead identification process with clients and OEM (SAP) from initiation to closure.
To excel in this role, you should possess 8-10 years of relevant SAP/ERP sales experience, with a strong preference for experience in selling to industries such as Manufacturing, CPG, Pharma, and others. Global exposure covering India, EMEA & APAC would be advantageous. Additionally, you must be adept at mapping initial client requirements, finalizing scope of work with clients and technical teams, and demonstrating excellent communication and soft skills, both verbal and written.
Your duties will involve developing account plans for selected named accounts, achieving quarterly and annual sales targets, and overseeing the planning, strategy, direction, and control of all sales in the allocated accounts. Managing the sales pipeline in CRM, leading sales executives and lead generation teams, and exceeding contractual service agreements and customer expectations are also key aspects of the role.
Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree, demonstrate a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, and have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in selling ERP software solutions. You should exhibit high energy, drive, intellect, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment, be self-motivated to expand your professional knowledge, possess strong communication skills for presentations and managing sales cycles, and have the ability to collaborate with team members effectively. Perfect fluency in verbal and written English is essential for success in this role.
