Position Summary:

The ideal candidate will lead the account development and penetration strategy for assigned territory. They should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work towards client growth for revenue generation.

The Responsibilities:

  • Propose & execute business plans comprising product, channel, and geography strategies.
  • Recruit new partners and increase market share in the assigned territory.
  • Manage ASUS existing partners by driving sell-through, inventory control, and sell-out plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Resolve business issues with partners through effective coordination and communication, maintaining partner relationships for sustainable business.
  • Monitor competitor and market information to inform pricing and promotion strategies.
  • Coordinate with the branch marketing team for POSM requirements and marketing plans.
  • Implement marketing initiatives to maximize brand awareness and image.
  • Collaborate with the distribution team on channel development and business growth plans.
  • Manage training for internal teams and external customers, sharing information with partners.
  • Coordinate with service teams and HQ to resolve disputes and support partner growth.

The Requirements:

  • A self-starter capable of working independently and engaging cross-functional teams.
  • At least 5 years of experience in components retail and system builders for senior roles; non-experienced candidates considered for account manager roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills; self-motivated and energetic.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work under stress.
