Position : HR Executive/ Assistant HR Manager (HR-IQ) at Singapore Jobs

Location: Henderson Road (Few bus stops from Redhill MRT)

Working hours: 5 days work week, Monday - Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4400 + $300 duty allowance + AWS + Transport allowance + 14 days annual leave + Yearly increment

Duration: Permanent

Industry: Undergarment - Japan MNC

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for both frontline (Beauty Advisors) and back-office roles.
  • Process payroll and overtime/commission calculations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., CPF, IRAS, MOM regulations).
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Review, educate and implement HR and Corporate policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
  • Support HR audits and ensure compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and data governance policies.
  • Submission of MOM reporting and government surveys as required.
  • Manage and roll out company Annual Performance Appraisal.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, quota management and security bond purchase.
  • Administer employee benefits related matters such as leave, medical, insurance, staff purchase etc. Work closely with corporate insurers for insurance claims and enquiry.
  • Address and resolve employee issues such as disciplinary cases, grievances, absenteeism, and workplace conflicts fairly and consistently.
  • Work with external IT vendor to maintain IT related SOP documentations (e.g., fixed assets list) and ensure compliance with IT related policies and procedures from Headquarters.
  • Liaise with POS, inventory system providers and external IT vendor for updates, troubleshooting and enhancements.
  • Handle general office administrative tasks; liaise with external vendors for facility maintenance, security, and cleaning services.
Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree in HR or related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant HR and office management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with HRiQ's HRIS system will be an advantage.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
