What The Role Is The Public Service Division (PSD) stewards a trusted Singapore Public Service for a successful and vibrant Singapore. The role focuses on improving employee experience, driving good governance, and supporting transformation to build future‑ready public sector organisations. Key Responsibilities Develop and drive strategies to enhance Public Service employee experience, collaborating with partners within PSD and externally. Enhance wellbeing of public officers through initiatives such as Public Service Wellness Ambassadors and the implementation of the Public Service‑wide Employee Wellness Programme. Create flexible work environments and foster collaboration using levers such as and HR policies. Improve officer productivity and purpose through digital tools like Workpal and service journeys. Strategise and implement initiatives to improve organisational culture. Develop interventions that support continued growth and development of the workforce. Build and maintain networks on innovation, organisation development, and best practices. Requirements We are looking for people who enjoy ambiguity, can drive collaboration, and push boundaries. Minimum 10 years of work experience with policy or operational focus, strong facilitation and communication skills. Strategy Development and Sound Judgement – develop well‑considered strategies and frameworks for public sector transformation initiatives; demonstrate analytical and critical thinking. Working Effectively with Stakeholders – build strategic partnerships across Public Service agencies, influence and align stakeholders. Facilitation and Engagement – convene engagement sessions, design facilitation plans to drive change. Project Execution – implement and monitor all aspects of a project, achieving objectives within timelines and budgets. Successful candidates will be offered a 2‑year contract in the first instance.
