Senior Talent Acquisition Manager We build high-performance robots and core systems that power the next era of general-purpose robotics. Job Description Based on recruitment requirements, implement talent sourcing and interview processes, and summarize interview procedures and results. Source, develop, evaluate, and optimize recruitment channels to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness. Understand and grasp industry talent trends, prepare job analysis reports, and promptly establish and maintain talent reserve plans to ensure timely talent supply. Manage and analyze recruitment data, identify recruitment pain points, and propose relevant solutions. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 5 years of recruitment experience, and familiarity with recruiting technical talent in the robotics or high-tech industry. Capable of diagnosing recruitment needs from the perspective of organizational culture and team building, formulating effective solutions, and driving implementation. Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work in a multi-tasking and multi-role environment. Strong self-motivation, quick adaptability, learning ability, and stress tolerance. Proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate with China counterpart. #J-18808-Ljbffr
