Responsibilities Managing the full recruitment process for a range of positions within legal, ensuring a balance of speed and quality Identifying, attracting, and engaging top‑tier legal talent through various channels and platforms to fill live openings and build a strong talent pipeline Managing relationships with industry‑leading legal professionals and being the candidates' key point of contact, providing a seamless candidate experience throughout their entire journey Ensuring the recruitment process is running smoothly and efficiently, and collaborating with the rest of the team to achieve high‑quality results Qualifications Proven experience in a high‑performing agency on in‑house talent acquisition or recruitment team (legal recruitment experience is a bonus) Ambition to grow within a fast‑moving, scale‑up environment — demonstrating drive, resilience, and a results‑oriented mindset Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills A positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to collective success Location & Remote We welcome applicants from Singapore and Malaysia.
