• Conceptualize, support and participate in marketing campaigns, recruitment and corporate outreach activities

• Take ownership and responsibility for courses enrolment and programme growth.

• Provide professional consultation to assist prospective students in making informed choices

• Engage with stakeholders and university partners in exploring ways to improve programme quality and value propositions

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Education, HR, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in training, L&D, or education-related roles

Industry Passion & People-Centric Mindset

  • Strong passion for lifelong learning and professional development
  • Able to build trusted relationships with clients, trainers, and learners

Communication & Organizational Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects with strong attention to detail

Project Leadership & Adaptability

  • Able to lead and manage timelines in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong coordination and follow-through capabilities
