Job Description
The LKY School of Public Policy Executive Education consists of a highly trained, fast-moving, and client-oriented team dedicated to marrying innovative policy practices with the latest theories and approaches in public policy and administration to deliver top educational experiences to our clients. Annually, we train over 1,800 professionals from governments, businesses, and non-profit organizations across Singapore, Asia, and beyond.
The Manager role focuses on outreach and programme delivery, suitable for someone skilled in programme development, stakeholder management, and complex project execution, with a mindset geared towards analysis, business judgment, and innovation. The role involves supporting decision-making, programme content development, and regional growth plans.
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic, international environment aimed at empowering leaders to thrive in a complex, rapidly changing world.
Business, Portfolio, and Market Development (50%)- Design and implement business growth strategies for Executive Education.
- Develop sales strategies for sustainable market penetration and industry trend analysis.
- Engage in marketing outreach to recruit participants for open programmes.
- Design new executive programmes based on demand and trends; innovate learning products and curricula.
- Identify and onboard new partners, negotiate business terms, and manage external collaborations.
- Represent the school’s value proposition at the executive level.
- Manage operational aspects including forecasting, pipeline development, and customer relations using CRM tools.
- Motivate and align internal stakeholders to support regional growth and organizational goals.
- Oversee programme administration, both domestic and international.
- Establish standards for business requirements and process documentation.
- Manage project schedules and facilitate change management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support quality management and internal duties.
- Coach team members and share best practices.
- Over 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in Business, Education, Social Sciences, or Public Policy.
- Proven experience in business development, client management, curriculum development, or corporate development.
- Interest and understanding of public policy and professional skills development.
- Experience in Southeast Asia, South Asia, Northeast Asia, Europe, Middle East, or Africa; foreign language skills are advantageous.
- Experience working with governments, donors, educational institutions, or private sector.
- Strong communication, teamwork, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Salesforce CRM, and online collaboration tools.
- Ability to manage databases, work independently, and work across multicultural teams.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
