Customer Service Officer | Up to $2600 | Changi
Opportunity: Shift work between Mon to Sun: 7am to 7pm / 7pm to 7am. East | Changi Airport. 1-year renewable contract & completion bonus. Gross Up to $2600.
Responsibilities- Provide friendly and efficient service at GTC counters in Terminals 1, 2, and 3.
- Post job openings
- Handle passenger enquiries and taxi bookings.
- Share accurate details on taxi rates, vehicle types, booking rules, payment options, and waiting time.
- Manage queues and ensure smooth boarding at pick-up points.
- Assist passengers with alternative transport options (buses, MRT, normal taxis) when needed.
- Give each passenger and driver a service form with booking details, charges, and contact information.
- Collect levy payments from taxi drivers after booking confirmation.
- Prior experience as a Concierge / Receptionist / Admin Assistant would be an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills, preferably bilingual
- Service-oriented, able to effectively serve passengers and answer any enquiries in a professional manner
- Proficiency in operating relevant systems, including but not limited to booking applications
- Ability to handle monetary transactions accurately and responsibly, including the use of POS terminals and issuing receipts where required
