Customer Service Officer @ Changi Airport | Up to 2600

Opportunity and Details- 3-4 days work week between Mon to Sun: 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am
- Location: East | Changi Airport
- Contract: 1-year renewable contract with completion bonus
- Gross up to $2600
- Post job openings
- Provide friendly and efficient service at GTC counters in Terminals 1, 2, and 3
- Handle passenger enquiries and taxi bookings
- Share accurate details on taxi rates, vehicle types, booking rules, payment options, and waiting time
- Manage queues and ensure smooth boarding at pick-up points
- Assist passengers with alternative transport options (buses, MRT, normal taxis) when needed
- Give each passenger and driver a service form with booking details, charges, and contact information
- Collect levy payments from taxi drivers after booking confirmation
- Prior experience as a Concierge / Receptionist would be an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills, preferably bilingual
- Service-oriented, able to effectively serve passengers and answer enquiries in a professional manner
- Proficiency in operating relevant systems, including but not limited to booking applications
- Ability to handle monetary transactions accurately and responsibly, including the use of POS terminals and issuing receipts where required
