Head of Infinity Sales, APAC

Check Point is looking to promote a sales specialist into the Infinity Specialist team reporting to the Head of Infinity, Worldwide. This role will help us our Infinity consolidation and architecture sales in APAC to the next level. The Infinity Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of up to five sales specialists; providing operational management, coaching and mentoring.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct management of up to 5 enterprise sales specialists including -
- Weekly forecast calls to ensure sales KPIs and metrics are being achieved
- Provide guidance, team focus and target activities to increase Infinity pipeline + revenue
- Provide day-to-day sales cycle support, guidance and mentorship for top Infinity deals to increase win rate
- Report external + internal roadblocks to Infinity leadership team
- Ensure MEDDPICC sales methodology is being followed for all strategic deals
- Assist with development and management of demand generation plans and measure success
- Support management with performance reviews and implement PIPs
- Help recruit and hire top tier candidates to rebuild APAC Infinity sales specialists
Minimum of 10 years in enterprise sales with a track record of quota achievement
- Minimum of 3 years in a sales leadership position at a large technology organization
- Natural leader and coach with the ability to motivate a national team
- Expert in sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and challenger sales
- Experience working in or leading a specialist team within a matrix sales organization
- Knowledgeable about cybersecurity solutions including: endpoint, mobile, email and SASE/SSE technologies
- Must be eligible to work in Singapore without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future
