How You Succeed

What You Do
  • Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, providing exceptional service and support
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless service and resolve client issues
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to client queries and issues
Who You Are
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or economics
  • At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in transaction banking
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proactive, responsive, and solutions-focused, with a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines
