Overview

Talent Management Business Partner focusing on East Asia and India, partnering with regional leadership to align talent strategies with business goals and regional priorities. Drive global talent development programs, tailored to the regional context, and support change initiatives with communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to regional leadership teams, aligning talent strategies with business goals and regional priorities.
  • Drive the deployment of global talent development programs, tailoring them to the regional context to maximize engagement and impact. Proactively recommend additional region-specific tools and initiatives.
  • Lead regional succession planning efforts, identifying and developing high-potential talent and ensuring robust leadership pipelines.
  • Champion the performance management process, providing guidance and support to ensure consistency, fairness, and effectiveness.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to assess organizational capabilities, identify gaps, and implement solutions to enhance team performance and agility.
  • Support change initiatives by providing expertise in communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Leverage talent analytics to inform decisions, track progress, and measure the effectiveness of talent initiatives.
  • Work closely with global and regional HR colleagues to ensure alignment and integration of talent practices across the organization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in talent management, organizational development, or HR business partnering.
  • Experience working with multi-country responsibilities and able to operate in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong understanding of talent development frameworks, leadership assessment tools, and performance management systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and talent management systems; experience with data analytics tools is a plus.
  • Certification in coaching, change management, or leadership development (e.g., ICF, Prosci, Korn Ferry, Hogan) is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in driving talent initiatives across diverse cultural and business environments.
  • Fluent in English.
