Job Overview

As a digital clinic executive, your role will be to maintain our customer’s end-to-end experience, which involves customer service and fulfilment. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working independently, well-versed with various office softwares and customer-focused. They must be able to speak and write fluently in English and work well with a remote team.

Junior / Senior positions are available. Candidates requiring a work permit / SP / EP are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Customer service and success

  • Address patient’s inquiries over various communication channels, mainly text-based messaging.
  • Patient relations such as registration, appointment booking.
  • Assist and escalate user and technical issues to relevant departments

Order fulfilment

  • Dispensing of medications
  • Packaging and dispatching of orders in a timely manner
  • Handle customer verification and billing
  • Monitoring and follow-up on medical report, patient requests etc

Administrative duties

  • Stock-taking and inventory check
  • Clinic housekeeping
  • Other administrative duties such as data entry, bookkeeping, as required.
Qualities we are looking for
  • Polytechnic Diploma, GCE A / O / NITEC qualification
  • Background in healthcare, or another frontline service such as F&B and hospitality is a plus
  • Compassionate and sensitive towards customers
  • Comfortable communicating with medical providers & patients
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident with google docs and spreadsheets
  • Candidates with no previous healthcare experience are welcome to apply
