Lead as the Centre Manager for an after-school care centre in Singapore’s Central-West . Own enrolments, parent engagement, staff coaching and compliance within a 44-hour week. Strong HQ support and growth pathways. About the Role You will oversee day-to-day centre operations, staff supervision, parent experience and regulatory compliance, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for students and staff. Key Responsibilities Sales & Enrolments: Own monthly enrolment targets; run centre tours and parent consults; manage renewals/withdrawals; maintain CRM pipeline and conversion tracking; report weekly on pipeline, conversion and KPI progress. Parent Experience: Build trusted parent relationships; handle feedback and escalations; ensure clear, timely communications. Team Leadership: Supervise and coach staff; roster planning; daily briefings; performance check-ins; uphold SOPs and service standards. Centre Operations: Daily readiness, class scheduling and student welfare; verify attendance/payroll inputs; manage vendors and inventory; incident documentation to audit standard. Compliance & Safety: Maintain licensing, child-safety and audit readiness; timely incident reporting and documentation. Events & Engagement: Plan centre events and activities that support retention and community. Requirements (must-haves) Diploma / Degree in Education, Early Childhood, Psychology, Business or related field. ≥3 years supervisory/managerial experience (ideally in student care or early childhood settings). Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills. Multitask well in a fast-paced environment; disciplined with SOPs. Able to commit to a 5.5-day work week (Monday–Saturday, rostered basis). Saturday duty only when required — not every week. No Sunday operations. Primary base: Central-West; able to support nearby centres when needed. Working Hours & Roster Standard 44-hour work week.
