Job Title Centre Manager (Management & Operations) Job Purpose The Centre Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the salon’s management and operations. This role ensures that daily functions run efficiently, SOPs are followed, staff are supervised effectively, and customer experience remains consistent. The position is designed to prepare the trainee to manage a centre independently, focusing solely on administration and operations (no hands-on treatments). Key Responsibilities SOP & Compliance Management Implement and monitor compliance with company SOPs for hygiene, safety, and operations; conduct routine checks and prepare compliance reports for management. Administrative & Operational Management Manage appointment scheduling, staff rostering, and client data in compliance with PDPA; ensure smooth execution of administrative functions supporting daily operations. Reporting & Performance Monitoring Prepare weekly and monthly operational and financial reports; track and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) to highlight trends and support decision-making. Inventory & Vendor Management Oversee stock management, supply orders, and vendor relationships; ensure timely procurement, accurate record-keeping, and cost control. Staff Supervision & Training Supervise, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain service quality and adherence to SOPs; conduct team briefings, refresher sessions, and on-the-job guidance. Strategic & Independent Centre Management Align daily operations with company objectives and implement workflow improvements; take full charge of the centre in the absence of the Director, ensuring continuity of operations. Requirements A level or Certification in related fields preferred. Experience not required. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace and familiar with CRM tools. Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings. Learning Outcomes (During Attachment) Mastery of centre operations and SOP governance. Proficiency in administrative processes, reporting, and compliance management. Leadership development through staff supervision and operational planning. Skills in inventory control, vendor coordination, and cost management.
