Loss Adjuster

We are currently on the search for a driven individual who enjoys problem solving and making a difference in insurance claim journey to complement our existing team.

Candidates with additional professional qualifications would fit well into a large and diverse team of adjusters and support. It is expected that you will quickly become a key member of that team, undertaking a broad range of loss adjusting and insurance-based instructions, dealing with a variety of claims.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver professional and excellent service when completing site assessments, interacting with customers and clients.
  • Proactively communicate clear and accurate advice, timeframes and claim progress to all stakeholders.
  • Clarifying circumstances surrounding loss and causation.
  • Verify the nature and extent of loss/ damage.
  • Contributing to the further growth and success of the company.
Requirements
  • 2 years insurance loss adjusting experience or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant industry qualifications such as ANZIIF or AICLA or equivalent.
