Senior Client Services Executive, Treaty Reinsurance at Aon. This role involves managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring high-quality service in treaty reinsurance.
What The Day Will Look Like- Communication and management of internal and external stakeholders' expectations
- Build client relationships in tandem with Client Relationship Manager, working as a Client Team
- Support carrier meeting for specific claims
- Identify and report contract drafting problems and errors
- Support claims data analysis and reporting; monitor claims SLAs and accountability for performance
- Quality control of claims information and reporting to business partners
- Issue of claim/cash call in accordance with contract terms and SLA
- Issue processing instructions to the outsource partner and perform Quality Control on accuracy of work (if applicable)
- Timely reporting of major / large losses to brokers
- Periodic update of outstanding loss reserve and status of open claims
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders on technical matters (meetings, calls, emails)
- Support Claims Negotiation and Settlement of Claims; seek internal support for more complex cases
- Use renewal tracking to monitor renewing/new contracts for receipt of Broker Finalized Email (BFE)
- Verify contract terms and accounting structure in GRiDS as entered by Sales
- Ensure all necessary information is included; summarize and report back to the line manager after each renewal if needed
- Identify and collate erroneous/missing treaty information in ACM and highlight training needs
- Finalize contracts, schedule revenue, and transmit applicable premium documents within established timeframes (invoice/PANs or FDO)
- Schedule revenue in line with historical trends or broker guidance
- Process premium and accounts within established timeframes
- Process periodic reports and adjustments (term, sliding scale commissions, profit commissions, loss participation) per contract terms and SLAs
- Assist client in computation of various term adjustments as required
- Issue processing instructions to outsource partner and perform Quality Control on accuracy of work (if applicable)
- Ensure compliance and legal approval for third-party co-brokerages and brokerage-only accounts
- 1-2 years relevant experience, preferably with understanding of the reinsurance industry in Asia
- Detail oriented, meticulous, able to multi-task under tight deadlines
- Team player with ability to communicate in a dynamic team environment
- Ability to present to senior stakeholders professionally
- Strong computer literacy, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
