We are hiring a commercially driven, technically fluent professional to lead business development and regional sales for Greenlyzer’s electrolyzer and P2X system offerings. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role, suited for individuals with deep industrial or energy sector experience who understand hydrogen-related applications from the inside—and are ready to move fast. The ideal candidate combines strong technical literacy with relationship-building strength and an entrepreneurial attitude. They should bring an active network within relevant customer segments or distribution channels and have the drive to turn that into immediate commercial traction. Key Responsibilities Drive sales of Greenlyzer’s electrolyzer and P2X system solutions (100kW to multi-MW scale) across industrial, energy, and infrastructure markets. Identify, develop, and manage customer relationships—from opportunity origination through technical scoping, proposal, and commercial close. Build and expand a trusted network of regional dealers, channel partners, and system integrators. Stay close to market developments in industrial decarbonization, hydrogen policy, and customer roadmaps—feeding actionable insights back to internal teams. Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to align customer needs with product offerings, project support, and long-term strategic planning. Qualifications 8–15 years of experience in B2B technical sales, business development, or engineering-commercial hybrid roles in industrial, cleantech, or energy sectors. Proven ability to manage and close complex sales in technical environments (e.g., capital equipment, process systems, distributed energy). Strong understanding of hydrogen and clean fuel applications across industrial or distributed settings. Active customer or partner network in Southeast Asia, MENA, or Europe. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, applied science, or a related STEM field; additional commercial training or MBA-level exposure is a plus. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with a readiness to operate across cultures and stakeholder levels. Self-motivated, hands-on, and outcome-oriented—ready to thrive in a startup setting. Preferred Profile Experience in sectors adopting hydrogen or Power-to-X solutions, such as: • Advanced manufacturing • Semiconductors and electronics • Industrial parks or distributed power systems • Renewable energy, green ammonium, green fuel - Deep familiarity with operational realities and system requirements of hydrogen end-use cases, gained from technical or commercial roles in relevant industries. - Demonstrated influence within customer ecosystems, with ability to open doors, shape specifications, and drive early-stage adoption. - Existing relationships with trusted regional integrators, dealers, or engineering partners—able to build or scale a distribution network quickly. - Track record of navigating multi-stakeholder, engineering-driven sales cycles. - Experience in early-stage or pilot deployments of energy or process systems. - Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, adaptable, and energized by building from scratch rather than managing the status quo.
