Tax Manager - Infold Games Join to apply for the Tax Manager role at Infold Games . You’ll be among the first 25 applicants. Responsibilities Oversee and manage all aspects of corporate tax compliance, including tax filings (e.g., GST, income tax, withholding tax) and transfer pricing documentation for Singapore entities. Advise on tax optimization and incentives opportunities and be responsible for implementation, if any. Provide tax advisory support on business transactions, cross‑border arrangements, and internal restructuring projects. Liaise with Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) and external tax consultants on audits, queries, and rulings. Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess potential impacts on the company’s operations. Support regional tax matters, including coordination of tax reporting and compliance for overseas subsidiaries (e.g., Hong Kong, USA). Work closely with finance, legal, and business teams to ensure tax risks are identified and managed proactively. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. At least 3 years of relevant experience in tax (in‑house or from a professional services firm). Strong knowledge of Singapore tax laws and regulations. Familiarity with Hong Kong and/or US tax regulations will be advantageous. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin‑speaking stakeholders based in Shanghai.
