We provide a full suite of multidisciplinary built environment consultancy services across a diverse range of sectors that includes aviation, healthcare, hospitality, transport, water and environment as well as energy and resources.**Key Roles and Responsibilities*** Ensure compliance with the Group’s tax governance framework and internal control processes.* Ensure accurate and timely compliance with all corporate tax obligations, including monthly, quarterly, and annual filings.* Manage the preparation and timely filing of tax returns (corporate income tax, GST, withholding taxes, Pillar 2, etc.) across Singapore and/SEA region, ensuring compliance with local regulations.* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any tax audits, disputes, or inquiries from tax authorities.* Lead and manage Singapore GST health checks and provide GST advisory support to the Group.* Manage external advisors in BEPS implementation for Singapore and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure calculations and necessary filings are made on a timely basis.* Business partnering by advising and leading the tax implementation of projects including ETR planning projects, group restructuring, new investments/acquisitions/ transactions/funding, etc.**Qualifications, Skills & Experience*** Min 8 years of relevant Singapore corporate tax and GST experience in Big 4 accounting firms and/or as in-house tax advisor with the latter being preferred.* Experience in reviewing and managing tax matters in SEA countries would be an advantage.* Degree with a major in Accounting/Tax, Accredited Tax Professional (Income Tax or GST).* Strong team player.
