About the Role: As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the Sales Team at Tide. Your responsibilities will include identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential SME customers who could benefit from commercial finance solutions. By engaging with customers through various channels, you will assess their finance needs, maintain detailed records, and collaborate closely with Business Finance Specialists to ensure successful handoffs of qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and qualify high-potential SME leads through inbound and outbound channels
- Engage prospective customers to understand their finance needs via calls, emails, and digital platforms
- Conduct initial discovery conversations to assess eligibility and fit for funding products
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in Salesforce
- Collaborate with Senior Business Finance Specialists to hand off qualified leads
- Contribute to improving outreach strategies and conversion processes
- Stay updated on market trends, products, and lending partners
- Share insights, lead quality feedback, and trends with sales and marketing teams
- 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales support
- Exposure to financial services, fintech, or SME lending is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet lead qualification targets
- Proactive, self-starting attitude with a focus on delivering value
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus
